Disney Villain Countdown: 28/40
**Spoiler Alert! Some villains are revealed in plot twists, so if you haven't seen all the movies...**
Although Skinner in all his diminutiveness isn't particularly scary, he is pretty intimidating. He rules that kitchen with an iron fist. This keeps his score only slightly below average.
He looks like a tiny tan John Waters. His Chef's hat is almost bigger than him. I'd say the design isn't doing him any villainous favors. Unique? Yes. Powerful? Iconic? No. Middling.
Wit & Quotability
Skinner does averagely in this category. He has a few witty/funny moments, but not a standout.
I'm one of those people who think Ratatouille is vastly underrated. That movie gives me warm fuzzies, maybe because of how much I love food and that they tie the idea of happiness and memories to food, whatever, so I personally find Skinner reasonably memorable. Maybe it's the accent? Maybe it's the Napoleon syndrome? It's not a high score, it's middling like all his categories, I guess I just felt the need to defend this one more strongly.
Not really. There's a... lawyer? In one scene? Coaching him on the future of the company and the will? All those question marks make him not count. None of the other kitchen staff take such an active roll in holding back Linguini either, neutral score.
